Eng. Muhammad Mudassar is a leader in Artificial Intelligence, Data Governance, and Digital Transformation with over 18 years of experience across healthcare, telecom, and deep technology sectors. He currently leads AI and data strategy initiatives at NEOM in Saudi Arabia, supporting national innovation programs aligned with Vision 2030.

Throughout his career, he has led large scale transformation projects, built strategic partnerships, and launched advanced technology solutions across the Middle East and global markets. His work focuses on using AI, data intelligence, and digital platforms to improve healthcare systems, operational efficiency, and strategic decision making.
